What do I need to attend a course?

We use the Adobe Connect platform for our courses. You probably won’t need to install anything, as the platform is flash-based. Just make sure you have the Adobe Flash player installed (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/) on your computer or browser (most browsers have it by default).

If you have never attended an Adobe Connect meeting before, please test your connection by clicking here.

Make sure you have a reliable internet connection during the session to avoid disconnects. Also, we recommend you prepare your headset to interact with your instructor.

The individual course pages list any further requirements that a course may have.

What payment options are available?

We accept credit card or bank payments through PayPal.

Please note that you do not need a PayPal account when purchasing our courses using a credit card. Creating an account is optional. See here for more information.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay by credit card?

No, we do use PayPal for transaction processing but when purchasing our courses using a credit card creating a PayPal account is an optional step. See here for more information.

Will I get the slides for the presentation?

Yes, after the training session has ended, the trainer will send out the slides to all attendees, along with any other resources/information that came up during the session. The slide deck is a personal copy for your reference only, it may not be distributed or shared outside of your organization.

Will I get a recording of the presentation?

No, we currently do not make recordings available.

Will I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes, within 2 days after the end of the training session you will receive a personalized certificate of attendance.

Can you schedule an on-demand course for our company?

Yes, if you have more than 6 people at your company that want to follow one of our courses, we can schedule an exclusive course at a time and date of your choosing. Contact us for availability and details.

Can you deliver a course on ...?

We might! We are always looking to expand our offering, so if there is a QlikView or Qlik Sense subject that you would like to see a course around please let us know.

Can I deliver a course on the QlikOn platform?

We are always interested in getting in touch experienced QlikView / Qlik Sense trainers and consultants. If you’d like to deliver a course of your own on our platform, or are interested in delivering one of our existing courses, then please get in touch with us.

Do you have an affiliate program?
